Located on the southern shore of Loch Creran 12 miles North of Oban in the village of Barcaldine, Lochside Lodges are two self-catering chalets designed and equipped for one or two adults. (Sorry they are not suitable for children) They both have unrestricted views over the loch, North to the Strath of Appin and westwards to the distant mountains of the Island of Mull.

Barcaldine has the advantage of being on the A828 Connel to Ballachulish road and is bisected by the recently extended Sustrans cycle route no 78 which wends its way North from Connel, through Barcaldine Forest, past Appin with its famous Castle Stalker and then on to the shores of Loch Leven. This makes it an ideal base for exploring the mountains and glens of Argyll and Lochaber.
